Great restaurant and great food. But bad experience this time.
Made a reservation ahead of time, wasn't seated for 30 minutes after scheduled time. My boyfriend's entree, the lamb was cold and then I was told I couldn't have the side I ordered because the chef wasn't happy with how it turned out (?) so I had to order something totally different. Decent food but not a good enough experience for the price.
Service at the bar was horrible. It was only 6 pm and took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. After our first drink and the bartender was slow to ask us if we wanted refills, food, etc., it was like he was stoned or working way too many hours. Food was good, but we seriously disappointed with the service.
I've been to Seasons 52 a few times but my most recent experience will have me coming back much more frequently! The customer service is exceptional!! I called looking for a vegan meal for one of our family members for Christmas dinner and everyone from Tiffany who originally answered the phone to Brian the sous chef and Andy (and everyone else) who helped me yet again...everyone was so helpful and friendly. The service was on point, dinner was amazing, dessert was to die for!! First experience, I will definitely be back
