Not a very good experience this time we’ve done special lunches before so I was surprised. Not enough servers. Or just bad timing maybe. The food was cold so it set for awhile. Took us forever to order everyone was running around no one seemed to be doing anything just running around several people ask to check on there food.
It’s sounded like an upscale place with good food... I mean the name is Seasons 52 ... forgive me for assuming it had something to do with good seasoning � I walked in thinking this is nice ... sadly they over spent on appearance when they should of invested in better cooks. I refuse to call whomever prepared our meals a chef. The chili is so spicy hot all you taste is the heat ... absolutely no other flavor and it was like soup not chili. So so so disappointed that you eliminated the piano bar one of my favorite things dated back years and years of yours from your Orlando location very disappointed why would you do that????

Menu selection is excellent. The food was wonderful. The service was pretty good, made a couple mistakes and our waited was missing a lot, but we loved the food and ambiance
Our restaurant of "first choice"! We always ask for our favorite wait staff: Stephanie and Sean! We never feel like a "number" and are given friendly, courteous and professionally warm service!
