Purchased a Groupon for mosquito spraying last year. In order to “get on the schedule” they insisted the Groupon be marked redeemed and proof be sent to them. Received immediate response that the scheduler would call us. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we never did receive the service. Earlier this Spring, we tried again and were very pleasantly told the Groupon would be honored and “we would be contacted to get on the calendar”. Again despite multiple attempts we have not received service...seems like a scam...
What a horrible experience with SeasonGreen. Given that it happened at my home, it felt violating and threatening. My husband had lined them up to aerate the lawn. After they didn’t show on the day they said they’d be there and with no communication afterwards about it, he cancelled it. A few weeks later, they showed up at our house, walking around our property into the back yard.
