RecommendedI can't tell you enough how awesome Mark and his tech are...if he doesn't answer, leave him a message and he will text you back within an hour...he typically gets the job done within 48 hours. His prices are fair and competitive. He even helps you out when you are an out of town homeowner!
They never respond to messages or phone calls!!! Would’ve loved to have them work on the house and they showed up once or twice but it’s been weeks since we’ve gotten anything from them. Maybe you should hire someone to take phone calls
We called Mark for an emergency in conjunction with Hurricane Florence and he responded quickly and professionally. In just a few hours he installed a new water heater. Our only other option was a water heaters to be delivered in 2 weeks. Mark and Seaside Plumbing are wonderful!

A friend recommended Mark, Dimitri and Rob and they are the best! I called Mark on a Friday night, after hour and on Christmas weekend; Mark called back within an hour. They were at our house 1st thing the day after Christmas to help us with a major issue with our kitchen sink drain pipe. They’ve been back a couple of times since then to work on some other plumbing jobs around the house and have taken such good care of us and our home. Only plumbers I’ll in Wilmington.
I called Mark because he was highly recommended from friends. It's been several weeks and I'm still waiting for the quote he promised me. I had to call several times for him to even come to my house and he still hasn't emailed the quote he promised.
Expert work and excellent customer service - highly recommend! Mark is very responsive to calls and quick to get on the job. Thoughtfully answered my questions and helped me select the best, most affordable option for my household.
