I was referred here several times and I never did go because I heard so many negative comments about this place so I decided to give it a try and it was nothing like the way they described it. Dr. Lawhon was very pleasant and professional and upfront on my consult. Great doctor! Staff is very amazing and helpful! Dr. Lawhon explained everything wonderfully and his assistant Kamryn was a great help!
Excellent experience. The insurance lady really help me understand my insurance. The surgery was painless except a small little pinch. He had the tooth out in no time at all. Highly recommend.
Communication was the only negative otherwise all of the staff were very friendly, the nurses were amazing, and the orthodontist was phenomenal. They provided a clear instruction packet for post-surgery. I would recommend them!
Had a appointment back in June for a lump in my mouth that my dentist found. Was told by the doctor here he wanted it to be sent off to have a biopsy. Cost me $1500 out of pocket since my insurance doesn't cover this type of procedure. 2 months later I'm still getting bills from the hospital in Charleston where the lump was sent off to. I thought the $1500 was supposed to include everything. Not very up front with the pricing.
