I think if those in charge had to spend a few days as a patient they would surely find compassion and make changes.
My grandmother was there and I would not recommend this place. She fell and was put back into bed and family was not notified. When we went into visit her she was incontinent and left in bed.
Yeah, My poor Dad is there right now,,,, He did not get dinner till 9 pm last night, and , he is diabetic! Lunch shows up around 2, if your lucky, and the food, is so, so awful!!! No one comes when he needs help... Just heart breaking.... He said , please don t say anything,,, But, I love my Dad, and this place is just awfull!!!!
This place is awful! I would not leave my worst enemy here. Patients have to wait along time for someone to assist them after they ring the call bell . Staff handles patients roughly and leaves them unattended on a portable toilet and goes way down the hall with patient yelling to help them off. There are a few staff that are great! This place should be shut down . I recommend if your loved ones have to go there put a 24 hour web cam in and monitor them when your not able
This place is taking such good care of my Mom. They listen to her, the OT and PT is great and they accommodate her dietary restriction. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom.
They are not very good they have let the patient fall while in there care 5 times they have lost mostly all of her clothes they leave her sitting in a wheelchair with only a top and a depend she is very Hungary all the time she sat with vomit on her clothes patient needs to have a staff with her at all times .Sea Side gets 1 star not a very good place to leave your love ones.
