Patients records are not updated with current information. Nursing and CNA’s do not always review patient records. Never consistent CNA and nursing staff. Serve edible food. I had corn one day, hamburger the next day and by the third day they used that and spoiled potatoes to make a spoiled Shepards Pie. Bring your own food or do takeout. Broke my leg and waited 2 weeks before anyone assisted me into the shower. My daughter came late at night and helped me after I confided with her that I had not had a shower in over two weeks I was not suppose to get out of bed without staff as I was non-weight bearing. RecommendedI was a patient there for two weeks and have nothing but praise to say for the way i received care and compassion. Wonderful place to Rehab, God bless all the people who work and are patients <3
The last place a 46 year old woman wants to be is in a nursing home but my daughter is there. She is so happy there. The staff couldn't be more friendlier! The staff finds way to get her involved with the activities! I would highly recommend Seaside Skilled Rehabilitation Center!!!
I've been living here at seaside going on my third year I have no complaints I've received good care my needs have been met. there's some wonderful people working here they're caring compassionate .the facility is kept clean. when the flowers are in bloom I love sitting outback by the waterfall or in the gazebo with a book to read it's so relaxing.
My dad past away there 1 year ago. They were horrible. The care there is horrible.
my mother has been here for 4 weeks and they have been absolutely amazing with her they have worked with her so well she will be going home on the 9th she is very comfortable here the only thing she dont like is the food but other then that she loves the place and said if she ever has to go to rehab this is the place she wants to go to thank you to all the staff that has helped my mother there are no words to say that would cover the services and care you have provided all I can say is this is the best place I know keep up t... read more
