We rented a property from Blue Swell on Hwy 30A. The home was very nice and adjacent to the beautiful beach. However, we were not given any access to the beach and this fact was not clearly stated in the rental description. Upon our first day after arrival, when we went to the beach, we were asked by security to leave because we did not have access wristbands.
