During my stay at All-Suites Hotel Miami Beach, I was appalled by the blatant disregard for guest satisfaction. I was hit with an unexpected $500 charge upon arrival, falsely claiming that the booking company hadn’t covered the fees. This was just the tip of the iceberg. The kitchen was under-equipped: a cooking hob with no saucepans or utensils, making it impossible to prepare even basic meals. Small lobby, extremely hot outside. Front desk staff said you can’t book directly with them , has to be through Airbnb. Bunch of guests with big barking dogs that look dangerous if they weren’t on a leash. Seen people sleeping on the hot dirty chairs outside.
Worst experience ever. My flight got canceled. So I called the motel. No one answered the day I was supposed to book in. I left several messages , hoping they would have my room when I could get there. No call backs. The place that helped me reserve it left several messages and emails. Nothing. I got there the next night about midnight. They said I was a no call no show. I told them I left several messages. The guy said I would have email there reservations team. They never responded. Una ubicación envidiable, cerca de la playa y de locales para comer, hacer compras y más. Nos dieron una habitación de gran tamaño con las condiciones necesarias. El servicio de check in fue bastante lento, aunque el personal muy amable. Sus dos piscinas están bien. De lo mejor en la relación calidad precio.
El hotel es hermoso, me encantó y sobre todo quiero destacar la atención del personal
