During my stay at All-Suites Hotel Miami Beach, I was appalled by the blatant disregard for guest satisfaction. I was hit with an unexpected $500 charge upon arrival, falsely claiming that the booking company hadn’t covered the fees. This was just the tip of the iceberg. The kitchen was under-equipped: a cooking hob with no saucepans or utensils, making it impossible to prepare even basic meals.
