The man that did my nails was rude. I have early Parkinson’s disease and it is hard not to tense up my hands. He told me to stop trying to help when I didn’t know what I was doing
Employees are rude , and barely even acknowledge if you come in store . Been coming for years and this has by far been my worst experience
This will be the last time this place gets any of my business. Every time I come here I’m always being rushed and the women there is so rude to me. Yall will never get my business ever again and I’m also always being overcharged and at this point I’m believing it’s because I’m a black woman very unsatisfied very bad customer service.
I would not recommend coming here for eyebrow waxing. I had a very bad experience. The Lady waxed half of my eyebrow off and then tried to say I had a bald spot, which is completely untrue I walked in with full, bushy brows. On top of that, my lash service from the day before is already coming off, I was still charged for their mistake. There was no accountability or effort to correct the issue. I’m extremely disappointed with the service.
Absolutely loved how my eyebrow waxing turned out!!!! 10/10 Would recommend to everyone!!
