I'm so disappointed with this place because of the positive reviews I read and then the service I received. I came in as a walk in for a full acrylic set and there was no wait but that's where it all went down hill. The technician *if I'd even call her that* was so rough with the drill on my nails, she cut me to bleeding 3 times and during the application of the acrylic she was getting it everywhere on my hands. Second time coming here and I won't be back. I'm not paying nobody that think they can do what they want and ignore what I say. She was rough with the drill and nail file even after I told her about it. Last time here.

The man that did my nails was rude. I have early Parkinson’s disease and it is hard not to tense up my hands. He told me to stop trying to help when I didn’t know what I was doing

Employees are rude , and barely even acknowledge if you come in store . Been coming for years and this has by far been my worst experience

This will be the last time this place gets any of my business. Every time I come here I’m always being rushed and the women there is so rude to me. Yall will never get my business ever again and I’m also always being overcharged and at this point I’m believing it’s because I’m a black woman very unsatisfied very bad customer service.
