I had my whole roof replaced. The guys who came to put it on were very good workers. they had to remove three layers, then install the new one. they worked their tails off. they took about 10 hours, barely took out time to eat lunch. they cleaned up all around the house, nails from old roof, grit, and everything.Jordan Brown and his crew were GREAT.
I purchased brand new windows for my home through this company and they install them incorrectly! Now it's costing me over $6,000 to make the repairs my home along with brand new flooring. Tried calling the district manager and he refuses to return my calls!
Our sales rep was thorough. The work crew came early and left late each day. Took about a week for siding to be installed. The crew cleaned up the work area very nicely. We are satisfied with Sears service.
Salesman told us a couple of weeks to get siding materials in and 2-3 days to install. Project didn't start for over six weeks and then one installer primarily taking over a month to finish installation. Supervisor considered one man a "crew". Will NEVER use Sears for home improvement ever again. Salesman, siding supervisor and area general manager would not return calls. Very unprofessional staffing. Although the sales experience was excellent, that didn't seem to follow through with the staff who installed the carpet. My dining room table was 'dented', with no offer to fix the table. Corners of walls were scrapped up, no apology, no offer to fix.
