Every time I call this location I am on hold over 5 minutes EVERY time...what's that about???really??? and Calling the 800 number when you only need the local store number is rediculous...Come on Sears----It doesn't have to be so difficult!!!! Sorry but its a fact...
I went to this location today 11/12/2012 at 10:30 in the morning. There was only one other customer in the store and she was at the checkout getting ready to leave. There were 5 employees on the sales floor. Not one of them bothered to say "hello". Let alone ask if I needed any help or assistance. After 15 minutes I left and went to another major retailer and spent $569 on yard/garden supplies. I will NEVER again waist my time visiting this location ever again!!! They are either very good, or fail badly... no middle ground. They have been successful in looking up replacement parts to a few of my appliances (oven, refrigerator), but this last time they used the part number of my floor (chest) Sears brand name freezer delay relay to the compressor and gave me the wrong part number to order (BOTH DAYS I had them look it up)... to which I lost 3 days an $60 in additional dry ice to keep food from thawing, while I order the correct part number. They looked up the part via the model number... read more
Yes, this is true.. but if you wait for the automated selections and pick repair center, then say the zip code, it will give you the directions and the actual phone number.. which is: 817-222-6456. The other local locations will also be given for Arlington, and then Dallas.
