I walked in to McAllen sears outlet looking for a good refrigerator and was helped by Xiomara she was very patient and kind . I walked out with the refrigerator I was looking for totally recommend to my friends and family .

The greatest experience with the most helpful and knowable Sales Person, Xiomara... the best example of costumer service I have had.
While shopping the other night I was rudely left at the counter with the merchandise I was going to purchase. I understand employees' want to go home but it was just 9:00 and the night manger Xiomara closed the register and left me standing in front of register unable to pay for items I wanted to buy. I am a regular customer and have purchased appliances, air conditioners, weed eaters and many miscellaneous items. That type of customer services is rude and unacceptable...

I regret the day that I shopped at Sears Outlet in McAllen Texas the sales rep Evelyn was wonderful she really worked hard for a couple buying their first home who will insure concerning getting the right refrigerator however since then it has been terrible my delay or my refrigerator was back-ordered or delayed and I have not been given a credible explanation and they did not put in my delivery correctly so now I am again disadvantaged waiting all day for a refrigerator I do not know that I will ever shop at the store.
