Honestly, I was having a terrible day with so many errands to run. The last thing I needed was a complicated time buying a washer and dryer for my new apartment. Thankfully, as soon as I entered the store, Evelyn came by and helped me out. The girl knew a lot about the brands, things I wouldn't have considered, and broke down the costs of each versus competitors. In fewer words, she made it easier on me. I probably wouldn't have a washer and dryer, of a great quality, without the top-notch customer service.
My first time buying at sears outlet and I didnt know what to expect but thanks to a worker by the name of carlos he helped me do my first purchase and i couldnt be happier. I cant recommend sears enough, fhey are such a great store that cares for their customers
