We bought a refrigerator and were told if we used our Sears card we would get 5% off the bill, after we received the bill. We followed their instructions but did not receive the discount. They also charged for delivery, an "out of area tax" -we live 5 miles away, the refrigerator was scratched and dented in new places when we received it. Sears credit told us to call the store but they hung up on us and then wouldn't answer the phone.
I waited for two days for my dishwasher to be delivered due to no fault of my own. The cost of delivery was 160.00!!! Do not shop here ...spend your money where your money/time are appreciated. Check out other customer complaints and shop elsewhere... contacting the Better Business Bureau asap!
