RecommendedWent on a whim this afternoon just to look at washers/dryers. Dawn was our sales person and she was wonderful. Jacob, the store manager was awesome. Helped us through the entire process, and because of him, we ended up purchasing a pair of machines. Great sales staff and quality appliances
This store and all of the staff are simply amazing!! I wouldn't want to purchase appliances anywhere else!!
I’ve purchased my last two appliances here. The selection is comparable to most other stores, but the customer service has always been fantastic. The store manager will do whatever he can to make it a good experience. I’ll continue to buy here because I trust the store and the management to take care of me.

My husband & I went in today mostly window shopping. We were greeted immediately & asked if we could be helped. I told the gentleman that we were wanting to check out the Gas Stoves. He was very friendly & very knowledgeable of all his appliances. He told us of the discount available etc. We decided to make the purchase right then & there after looking at several Stoves. Hopefully I can change this to maybe a 2 or 3, just extremely irritated right now with the fact that we bought a fridge last week and it was scheduled to be delivered today. Well, we get a call a 9 in the morning confirming that we are to have a delivery today and here we are 10 hours later and nothing, no call, no information, nothing. Even after calling the store to speak with the manager, we were told they would find something out and call back...... yet, nothing!!!!! Ready to just get a refund and go somewhere else.
