The sears outlet store in Jacksonville was extremely helpful with our purchase of a new washer & dryer for the condo we recently purchased. The representative was extremely helpful in deciding what would be best for our needs. Cephas was one of the friendliest sales person I have worked with. He made our purchase experience very pleasant.

We had a great experience! The staff was helpful, friendly, and were fun to work eith. Never have I ever had a better experience in a store!!! Anastasia and Tommy were so much fun and so much help, patiently answering all of our questions and working with us to find our perfect refrigerator!!!
Oh my goodness... 5 appliances for a great price! We were lost when we walked in wondering what exactly to look for and Atila (I think that is his name) came along and helped us find every thing we wanted. He was super attentive and informative. Tommy was really nice and fun to talk to and helped make this process easier and same for Anastasia... she couldn't have been better. Definitely recommend this store if you're wanting good service!! Absolutely no complaints.
