I just had the best experience ever. I bought a set of washer and dryer a month ago and my washer stopped working. I went to this store and Gary was very helpful. He went above and beyond to held me replace it. Sears definitely needs more managers like Gary. I can tell that he loves his job..Thank you so much, Gary! I will be back for more purchases.
