I have shopped at a lot of sears stores, but the Darien outlet has got to be one of the best experiences I have had. The service is friendly and knowledged the manager Joe was on the floor helping me and many other customers. My damaged cooktop was replaced quickly. When no other store seems like they could help me, Joe and his team made it look easy. I will definitely be back soon to catch another one of their awesome sales.
