Excellent customer service and friendly staff with great deals!
My husband & I thought we got a great deal on a stainless French door refrigerator from here... Well we've had it now for 2 weeks & it's still has yet to work. Repair guy came said I have to order (A) part... The part comes & then proceeds to tell us that he ordered 2 parts! So I say well why isn't it here?! He calls n somehow the part was never ordered! Take my advice, spend the extra $ & buy brand new & NOT from Sears! No apologies, no let's see if we can get u a different fridge to use while yours is not fixed yet... Noth... read more
When the warranty company gave us the run around Carrie Z. and the people at the Monroeville store made it right. Their patience, understanding and accommodations was so refreshing. They earned a lifetime customer!

My wife and I had a problem at another location 51st today. So we had to travel to the Monroeville location. The employees did there best to try and help us . They didn't have the right refrigerator for us but there service was amazing. This location will definitely be my first stop for now on. Thanks

All of the employees are easy to approach and talk to, thats if they haven't already came to greet you at the front doors.
I'd been unemployed for a few months, and the outlet opened in our area and they had the free items on Tuesday coupons that helped me to be sure my son had awesome stylish clothing for school that year. So thankful to this place for that.
