My elderly parents bought a $500 freezer cannot get the door open since the day it was delivered. They had three service calls at the home with no resolution. Very clean store full of helpful friendly staff. We had a sales associate named Carrie who was helpful in finding items I needed and recommending items I might like. Great experience overall!!!

Alex is an amazing employee. Let management know how friendly, helpful, and engaging she is. She didn't wait for us to ask for help, she came up to us and asked how she can help. She walked us through the entire washer/dryer buying purchase and explained everything very well. She deserves to be recognized for her awesome work ethic!
