Here at Sears outlet to get a replacement dryer mine died the other day and the store manager Sherri was a great help to me in getting the dryer was very knowledgeable and a nice professional persons will use again and again Thank you Sherri Bernard
I would like to thank Sherri Bernard for helping my landlord Mrs. Horne on getting the right freezer and for being really nice and treating us with the up most respect and we will be shopping there for any other idems that's needed
Do not buy appliances from Sears Outlet within months you will have a malfunction problem with the appliance. It was very cheap to purchase but is costing to maintain. I will never purchase there again.
The manager Sherri gave me a full refund on a washer I didn't like and they sold me a great Maytag that's wonderful!!
Just had an amazing experience at Sears Outlet earlier this week. Shanice and Patty were amazing and helped me figure out what washer and dryer best fit my needs. They also advised on products above and beyond that. Their customer services was amazing and they were very patient with me during my 3 hour decision making. Thanks again and I will be back.
