A year ago my elderly mother purchased a stacked washer dryer (and extended warranty) from this store. This brand new machine has broken down twice in ONE YEAR. My mother is currently waiting--one month and counting--for her broken washer to be repaired. Sears Outlet's warranty department has offered her excuses and $50 to use at a laundry mat. I would not buy anything from this store.
My wife and I were greeted by Sherri when we arrived. After finishing up with a customer she gave us her complete attention. We made her walk throughout the entire store while answering the several questions we had. There was a grille we were interested in but found out they were all sold out☹️. Went to buy a washing machine last night and was able to walk out with it the same night. Good and friendly services.
I had such a great experience at the store. When i walked in both Shanice and Carolyn were so friendly it made me feel like they wanted me there. They were also knowledgeable about the products within the stores. These are the kind of people you want in customer service. They deserve a raise just for their service!
we love our dented dishwasher its amazing and the price was awesome its been a year and i cant wait to get some extra cash to come and get something else from you all staff was great just an awesome place
As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Sherri and she was very helpful. She had an upbeat personality and was very knowledgeable and patient with me. The prices here are amazing
I had a really great experience here. I called early afternoon to inquire about a couple refrigerators and Sherry the manager went above and beyond to take down my information, do some research on the products and promptly called me back. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised with two perfect refrigerators at an incredible low price. Thanks everyone at the Fayetteville sears outlet for the great service.
