This place was off the hook crazy. Very friendly, working with us at every step. We had a blast as we purchased a new Samsung refrigerator. The owner actually replaced a handle, a cord and a back plate himself as we SAVED TONS OF MONEY$$$$!!!!!! Great place as I'm sure we will be returning!!!! Thanks guys, you all were great!

don't ever shop from this store all appliances out of service once you buy even if not working you cant return it !! dont waste your money here. you can buy a new one from other stores with same amount, with cheaper warranty.
Sold me a washer and dryer. Tried to deliver the dryer and not the washer. Manager brings both appliances when I try to cancel the order. Tears up my floor and lies about it. Then have service on the dryer to find out he didn't put the feet on the dryer which I now have to buy. It gets worse. They sold me an extended service plan which they never put in the system and now after two weeks of going back and forth with them, the service person shows up with only one work order and they can't find the other one. Experience here was phenomenal! I went in hoping to get 3 of the four appliances I needed, mentioned to the guy on the floor that the only thing I needed that they didn't have was a white glass top stove, and he went to work immediately finding me one in their ware house. I walked out with all 4 appliances I needed, with delivery four days later. I couldn't have been happier. You can't beat this place for the prices, I'm a happy customer!
I can't say enough about this outlet store. The staff is courteous, kind and efficient...always willing to help. I've been working with Chas the past couple of days and he is magnificient.
