Chad was amazing. Best Customer Service I've seen/experienced in a long, long time. Used his personal cell phone to send me pics from Michiugan to Maine and jumped through multiple hoops for me. Thank you Chad!!!
So far this has been a terrible experience. Our first delivery was canceled day of and no one even bothered to call us. We waited another week for delivery and when they showed up they didn’t even have the handle for the freezer door and then they broke off a part and told my husband that they had just lost the screw. Ashley Rhodes has been phenomenal! I contacted her previously & requested that she help locate a hi-end 42” built-in fridge for our kitchen. She took it upon herself 2 not only keep track of her stores inventory but she also occasionally checked other stores. She eventually located a brand new GE Profile unit still wrapped in the protective covering (at a great price)! It was delivered,, installed & our old one was taken away. Thx Ashley & I’ll definitely contact you for our needs in the future.
My Sears kenmore electric range caught on fire. Yes caught on fire.Thank GOD our house did not burn down with us in it. It stopped working on Christmas day. I went online to purchase a gas range. I have an order number and receipt number. Been getting nothing but the run around from Sears Oulet online customer service for days now. Now you know why Sears is going out of business.
Don't purchase anything from here using your bank card. I did and did not take delivery of the item and the would not refund my money to my account. Even to the point of out and out denying the return. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again. They are run by theives
Hey Sears! I have been trying for 8 months to get you to send trim pieces to my oven which never came. Seriously, 8 months, that's not a typo. I have tried to call Customer Service many many times. They claim they are reaching out to you, yet never do I get your store or your customer service center to actually call me back despite being promised that every.single.time.
