We bought a gas slide in range and we were told it was the floor model. After remodeling our house we hooked the stove up to find it does not work. We have had 3 repairmen out and we were told it was not a floor model It had been repaired 4 times. The management at this location is horrible and is doing nothing to help the situation. We will never purchase another thing from sears.
