Crappiest place ever. Pressure you into purchases claiming the item you recieve is 'new'. Washer/dryer stack set is legitimately two clamps and tape. Delivery men get away with scratching appliances when delivering and the associates at store could care less about helping. Oh, and when you need a part they suggest, they suggest you go to Home Depot or Walmart. Used to love Sears but this time has left a horrible taste in my mouth, wish I could find a corporate number to call.

I picked out a beautiful GE refrigerator at a great price. When it was delivered to my home, there was a 3 inch scratch on the door. I was offered a discount to keep the fridge, but one of the reasons I chose that one was because it had no scratches. After a couple weeks of the staff working diligently to find me a replacement door, I was offered the option of upgrading to a nicer, larger model for the same price. This place is garbage! Sold us a refrigerator with a completely broken compressor and then told us "too bad you didnt get our additional insurance." CROOKS!
