We love our new dryer and customer service we got at the Lone Tree store, Emma was a great help! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is enormous with a lot to choose from, we got a great deal!!
Worse experience ever with delivery and set up!! Now I'm stuck with a non working water and ice maker because per their contract with sears they can't touch copper!! Was sold a connector by associate and was assured they would hook it up!! Not to mention delivery window was 4:30-6:30 and they showed up at 8:15!!
Store associates were very helpful. Prices were amazing compared to other's.
