This store has always been a favorite of mine! The people that work there are wonderful along with the managers! Going to be sad to see them go!
Amazing help! I was confused on what I needed to purchase and there were a couple of people who helped me get exactly what I needed! If you are hopping for appliances, this is the place to go! Prices are GREAT and the employees and the BEST!
We ordered a double wall oven. The oven itself is great! However, it never came with the trim pieces. I have contacted them repeatedly asking for the pieces to be sent. Every time I have been assured they will reply back within 2-3 days will all the information. Not once has anyone emailed or called back. Ever. They have told me at least 3 times that this is going to the highest level of problem resolution and that I should for sure here back within 2 days. Nope. Not ever getting a response. WOW, I had so much fun shopping at this store this past weekend! Exceptional prices on apparel! A large selection of refrigerators!
I was in the store today looking at a new refrigerator. I had so many questions, and the sales person was so patient and helpful. The customer service was fantastic! Thank you!
Great merchandise. Great prices. Disgusting customer service. Two delivery fees. Two sales tickets. Three pieces if furniture. And failure to actually deliver. Called multiple times because nobody wants to bother fixing the problem.
