My wife and I bought a couch from there. They told us that everything was fine with it there were no issues. After it was delivered I noticed a piece of the frame trying to stick out the back. I called and spoke with a manager and he said he’d have it fixed. Days go by and I never heard back from him. So I call back and he made the same promise. Now months have gone by and the frame has only got worse. I keep called back and he says he’ll call me back but never does.
Never shopping here again. First it was nothing but trouble with a dishwasher delivery and install, now it's something new. I spent $3,300 on 2 refrigerators and 2 mattresses, bought and paid for on 10/1 with scheduled delivery 10/20 - 3 weeks out. Today is 10/20 and they claim they don't have us on the delivery manifest. This place is nothing but trouble. Now I have 2 cleaned out refrigerator/freezers and 2 empty bedrooms with no replacements. Don't waste your time or money
If there was a minus option I'd pick that! THEY ARE DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL, AND WORTHLESS. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR WARRANTY LIES EITHER! ADAM IS COCKY AND RUDE. ALL OF THE STAFF I'VE HAD INTERACTIONS WITH ARE WORTLESS. THEY CHARGED ME WRONG THEN GET RUDE WITH ME BECAUSE, I COULD NOT DROP EVERYTHING I WAS DOING TO GO BACK SO THEY COULD FIX THEIR MISTAKE. This is the place to go for appliances! The staff is friendly and helpful and they make sure you get the best price by doing the research for you! I would highly recommend you shop here first. Ask for Falica....she is the manager and she cares!

I have problems with my fridge that I just purchased and got delivered today. But this store has made it right and I appreciate everything they did to make it right for me. I will be returning to their store to purchase more stuff. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful that it made my experience go from bad to good thank you.
Bought a washer 15 months ago for 700+. 3 months out of warranty and it's gone belly up! They gave me the I'm so sorry your S.O.L speech. I've had 2 machines before that lasted at least 14 years each. Whirlpool and may tag. This was an Electrolux. Neither company will stand by their product or what they sell. I'm definitely done with both. Argh!!!
