My husband and I went to the tools section, very friendly and helpful staff!! Very happy with our experience there.
I found two outfits with the gift reciept that I needed to exchange. The policy is no returns OR exchanges after 30 days with or without a reciept- not even an exchange for a gift card! I really think twice about buying here with that policy.
No wonder why this company is going out of business. Worst customer service I've experienced as well as a horrendous return policy. I won't be stepping foot in this store again.
You guys have the worst return policy ever never shopping here again and telling everyone else I know not to either it's a bunch of bs that you only have 30 days with or with out your receipt to return and I had my receipt and just wanted to exchange and got told I couldn't that a bunch of crap

Rip-off Needed a new battery...that's it. Don't know what the so called mechanic did, but they told me I also needed other work done. It sure didn't help that I don't speak Spanish. Well, my cousin works at the Sears HQ in Hoffman Estates, I called him, he had me fax over the estimate I got, he talked to the guy in charge of there auto centers, he called the manager at the auto center in Riverside, IL. Result, all I paid for was the battery and whatever that mechanic did was fixed gratis. Don't ever, ever go there!
