I HATE SEARS!! I purchased a couple of item had two coupons which I used and it say it accepted the coupons got my total and when I placed my order it total $42.17 but it charged my card $52.39... so I called and the rep was rude and telling me that I’m the one that placed the order so it was my fault I asked for a supervisor many times and after the 4th time she sent back to the automated!!!! I will never shop here again
Very unprofessional place to work with! Scheduled an appointment to get our garage door opener repaired for February 2, 2018. The day of got a call that they had to reschedule to February 9, 2018. Today, February 8, 2018 got a call that they had to reschedule for February 16, 2018. The representative couldn't even tell me why she was rescheduling. Very disrespected by cashier and manager didn't help at all. I believe you're suposed to help costumers not humiliate them. I will NEVER come back to Sears.

My parents who are senior citizens (one who is immobile) bought a new fridge from your store ... the movers you sent decided to take down the old fridge before making measurements. Sure enough after noticing the new fridge would not fit without removing the doors they decided to not even bother and left both fridges outside!!!! They left without putting back the old one!!!! At 1:40 I was at the TBA. Sign on door said closed to 2. I wanted to buy a battery. Some poor guy came to buy a battery. We both left not to come back at 2. Lost sales. Just not good. I try to buy in my hometown. I try to buy at bricks and mortars. I can remember going to Sears for 50+ years. And corporate wonders why B&Ms are having a bad decade. It is the failure to provide service.
In all my years never seen a better merchandise pick up area with friendly service especially from that worker osvaldo. This world needs more osvaldos
Love the customer service I received from Jayce, when purchasing our bed. He went threw extra lengths to make sure we were happy!
