I've had bad service and great service here............ I have mixed reviews on this optical shop.It's been my experience that it all depends on who is working when you visit.i've had people wait on me who had no clue what they were doing and also people(usually managers) who are very quick and efficient.On my last trip to get glasses it took the lady who was working and hour and a half to finish with me!
