This is the provider we normally use for myself and my daughter. I talked my husband into going here for glasses for himself after a bad experience elsewhere. They sure dropped the ball with him. He provided his own frames. They put them on him to do measurements for lenses. He told the girl that they were crooked and not his normal position. She told him it didnt matter. Hours are clearly posted opens at 10 a.m., I guess no one thought it was important enough to come in today. So I wasted a day off, a 40 minute drive, and my patience with a poorly managed store. They could have posted that they would not be open, or sent an email out to customers that were expected. For guest service today you failed.
Sears optical at the Richland mall is awsome! Have had great eye exams and they are very reasonably priced! Very friendly staff and thorough Drs. I recommend them to all my friends and family!!!
