It is very poor services I feel so sorry for my dear daugther. The staff is so incompetente. They promise to have contact ready in 2 weeks. My daugther when WOOOO they did not place the order they forgott Wooo they promise to call her same day in afternoon Woooo nodody call. I had call many time noone respond the phone. I got to the optical at 5:40 for my 5:45 pm appointment, the girl on the front desk was nice, I can't lie, she was professional and very nice. I filled up the papers and she informed me that I had a $40.00 copayment with my insurance (eyemed) I was kinda skeptical but well, we have copayments everywhere so I paid. Terrible! I had a noon appt. Got there 15 minutes early because it was my first time there. They still didn't call me til a quarter to 1. Then, the quack, Dr. Schecter SQUINTS at the machine while he's measuring my vision. Checks my eyes with that annoying lil light and tells me I have astigmatism and that he'll have to fit me for toric lenses, even though I know for a fact that my astigmatism isn't bad enough for that. Fine customer service – Perhaps things have changed there since the comments posted here over a year ago. My experience on New Year's Day was very good. I requested the most inexpensive quote on tires and was not upsold at all. In less than an hour and a half I was on my way. They inflated my "limp-in" spare and informed me of another worn tire and the near need for front brake pads. Again, without any pressure to do the work at that time. They take forever and they still screw up! – HORRIBLE!!!! First off, there was less than 5 people in line and it must have took over 20 minutes for someone to finally help me. There were four registers but only two people working there; and they kept on disappearing. When they finally got to me, a lady said she had been waiting over 2 hours for an alignment and oil change so she left without the oil change done.
