I purchased a $329 car seat that was delivered 2/1. It has never been taken out of the box. Tried to exchange it today only to be told there is a strict 30 day return policy. FURIOUS! I will NEVER shop Sears again! I agree, worst customer service and return policy ever.
It's Friday evening, Sears!!! Seriously...had $150 of stuff that I really wanted. 2 registers open in the entire first floor of the store. Long lines at both. No one is interested that you are there spending your hard earned cash...but I did have a loss prevention guy tailing me the whole time. Blows my mind. Left the pile...left the store. This wasn't the first time, either...
