Ghost town and they got rid of scanners and there signs are never accurate never a sale and the fact that you have to have receipt voy return they don't look up with rewards card
3 years ago I bought a washer & dryer from SEARS, they had a problem with the design in the washer. I called for a service rep a few months later I wasn't the only one. I also bought a new refrigerator and dish washer from SEARS. two-year-old Coldspot Kenmore stops working and the best you can do is $49.95 a month for the next year??? I can't imagine why you guys are a failing company.
Sears is dead to me. The customer service is in the Philippines. I pay damn near 1000 dollars for insurance and they will deliver my appliance but won't connect it. They delivered a range today that was not suppose to be here until June 2. Twisted the gas line on the old stove to remove it. Hardware on the new stove wasn't compatible so they tell me go buy some part and hire a plumber. Part 2 coming up
They will screw you over and when you call the customer service they are rude and no help what so ever. We didn't get what we paid for nor our money back. Never getting our business again! This place is a joke!
