Need to inprove in customer service. Went for eye exam two weeks ago. They promissed to call when glases are ready and never did. For the seconds set two weeks went by and glasses are still not ready. Pricess are not affordable any more and service is not the best

Staff is accommodating with offering appointments that work wit people's busy sCheduLes as weLL as offering small discount if yu are a AAA member...I've had Tha pleasure of doing business with Lucia and Anthony . Dr.John Alena is very friendly and also accommodating.....
Best eye doctor out there Not only was he super patient with us, always working with a smile, but he also made you feel like your at home and jokes a lot. His work is amazing and I would recommend him a lot!!! His staff is also very caring.
