Erin was beyond fantastic. She was able to quickly get my order taken care of, and she was friendly and courteous both when I dropped my frames up and when I picked my glasses up. Her phenomenal level of customer service made this process fast and easy. I had not been a customer of Sears Optical before, but the experience I had will bring me back again for sure.

They are not considerate about people's time and tend to overbook causing people to wait longer than they expected. Also rude and condescending on the phone.
