Got my brakes done, waiting room was 44 degrees....freezing! There was water on the floor due to possible ceiling damage due to the rain. Not sure how long it takes to get brakes done, but I waited 2 1/2 hours.
Very nice experience. Nice sales people. They didn't try to sell me . I bought two tires. Definitely a place I will go back to.
They could use a few extra cashiers this time of year but the sales are great on tools
I went there to do some clothes shopping since I loss some weight. I couldn't find anything in my new size. Selection was very poor and high price. I asked for assistance from a very overwhelmed employee, but said that it wasn't her department and she'll send somebody over. I watched her as she walked out of the store with another worker. I ended up going to DD'S and bought some cool outfits. Never again will I shop at Sears in Moreno Valley...
Absolutely horrible customer service. The sales associates are not completely knowledgeable of there appliances and put the blame on the customer for the associates mistakes. They use a 3rd party contracted delivery company with no professional communication between each party nor the customer. No one wants to take responsibility for there errors and just direct you back and forth. The customer service line is worthless as they don't answer or they just hang up.
