Sears sucks. I have a 4 year old refrigerator with master protection agreement and it had been out now for 3 weeks. It looks like another 3 weeks is going to happen. I can’t get anyone competent to come work on it. The first guy that came out unplugged it and plugged it back in and said he “reset” it and it should work now. They are a joke. Do not buy! Run! Run far away from Sears. If you do or did buy then lawyer up like I am going to do.
Just found out that Sears is shady as f....They messed up on my delivery and now I got to wait until two weeks for another delivery date. Call all their customers support phone numbers and I was either put on hold or they will just hang up on me. Asked for refund and was told it will take 7 to 10 BUSINESS days to get my money back. I will never shop at any sears outlet again. I will make it my business to tell anyone or every body about this sad place calling themselves a company. Sears is Horrible well at least the Master Protection Department of Sears is I have been with out a Washer for over a month now I have given them several opportunity to fix my Machine 3 services calls 2 orders on parts 7 Hours on hold or with Customer Service $200 dollars in the whole from Laundry mat Services and still nothing has been done.
