This review concerns the Downey, Ca Sear's store in Stonewood Mall. Horrid experience! Do they even have anybody working in their stores? Called 10 times yesterday, trying to contact the shoe dept. The automated voice assured me my call was very important, but apparently, the actual employees in the store felt different..I finally got desperate and called womans apparel, but was told the person working in shoes had just arrived and she would let them know I was calling. Did no good, I still got zero response before the line ... read more
