Well not My friend with her THREE CHILDREN that have been sleeping on the couch for over 15 days, because the washing machine she bought flooded the house and Sears is giving them the run around. We had a faulty install that caused flooding to our home. Sears evaded our calls, emails and attempts to fix our home and only contacted us after I filed with the BBB. In all this, they had not compensated anything for us. They independently contact out their installations, which was not told to us, and after I found out that company’s name, Diakon, the installation camping has been wonderful in handling damage and repairs. Absolutely appalling. My friend has THREE CHILDREN that have been sleeping on the couch for over 15 days, because the washing machine she bought flooded the house and Sears is giving them the run around. I have told her to contact the local news and hire an attorney at this point. Don’t buy appliances from here. Just don’t do it.
My husband love Craftsman tools so he got a new set of tools boxes and accessories for Christmas. Great selection, only had to order one item and we'll have it before Christmas. The employees were very polite and helpful. Very nice store.
Pre-Black Friday Sale was Great! We hot exactly what we were looking for and all the employees were extremely helpful. We love our new LED TV...
Your store smells like melting plastic the fumes are so bad it hurt my lungs I've never had an issue like this with any store ever I didn't buy anything because it smells so bad
