The people that work there were great, there was no pressure and when we did have questions the lady was very knowledgeable. Will definitely shop there again and recommend the store to family and friends. Our refrigerator was delivered today and the guys that delivered it,Cole and Noe we’re very professional, they answered any questions I had. They were very proficient.they cleaned up all the packaging and took it with them . An all-around good experience shopping at Sears Hometown store in Bullhead city.
After 3 separate visits to this Sears for Three Different Appliances I can Honestly Say I have Yet to receive such great customer service and customer care before, during and after my purchase as I have had at this location. The Owners are Fantastic and are always actively involved in the care of their customers.
