Bought a fridge in May 2020 and still can't get it fixed. Store washed their hands of it after 30 days and the fridge stopped making ice after about 40 days. Fist service call was scheduled for a month out, then on the scheduled day they canceled and I was told that they would call me to reschedule. 3 days passed and I heard nothing, so I called the service company to set up a service call, it was over a month out. BEWARE of this store. They would not honor the discount on a refrigerator that came in on Saturday july 18, 20 ( they did not call) when the family and friends discount was going on. Called later in the week. I will walk through the bowels of hell bare foot before I do business with this store or Sears again, .

Just got a great deal on a fridge unfortunately after a week it quit working. They are willing to trade it out with a different color and with a big dent in front. Not acceptable!!! They can’t send a tech out for 3weeks. Time to start buying everything from Home Depot
Recently purchased a washer and dryer. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My washer and dryer is amazing. Will definitely return!!!
The owners have no respect for their customers or employees. Not a good place to work
