Did business with this store for years but never again. Store manager wasn't in but WAS awesome until he blocked me when I tried to tell him bout the 3 dim wits running the place and then trying to bully a customer into buying an item that has not been picked up. Aa the old saying goes the mice will play when the cats away . Nothing like getting called a liar about the receipt with a so called bar code that isn't there they say is also
Tried 3 times to get the right part for my mower. Had model # still no part. Customer service was really bad. I started trying to get the part 3 weeks ago! Fifth trip(2 in one day) I am stuck with wrong part! Tank of gas and took my time. Rudest people around!
Just called about a dryer part and the lady (Gabby I believe) went above and beyond to help even though she didn't have it in stock but tried to get it ordered sooner. Will definitely be a return customer. Thanks!!!!
I have bought a washer and dryer and now a dishwasher. With washer and dryer they delivered a day before scheduled while we were trying to putting flooring down and painting walls and building a stand for them. We had to move them ourselves and hook up ourselves because someone called in for sat. Now the problem with the dishwasher. I picked it up to save myself $200 and install myself to save money. I have bought every appliance except for one from Sears in the last 30+ years, but after today I don't know if that will continue. After doing my research on which washer and dryer set I wanted to buy I decided to go to our local Sears store to purchase them. (Many other places sell this brand too,so it's not like they're a Sears exclusive brand.) Went to our "hometown" store today looking for a new stove. We were the only customers in the store. There were 3 employees that I could see. We were not greeted as we entered. Went over to the cook stoves. An employee brought us a flyer then left us standing there. We asked about a stove that was in the flyer-employee at the counter said they didn't have that particular one but she could show it to us online. No thank you.
