Terrible service period!!!! First and last purchase from them Bought a kenmore refrigerator March of 2018 stopped working! And we have a premature baby that needs his milk stored They referred me to the local repair place! Local repair informs me that the kenmore fridge was made by lg for sears and that they do not service them due to the issues they’ve had in the past. Sales person was personable and knowledgeable about the product I was looking to buy. Delivery was made the very next day. Installers were friendly, prompt, and quick, bringing all the necessary parts and tools needed for installation; took away old appliances and cleaned up work area.
Rude staff. Went to pick up our fridge we ordered online and they were very rude and put out to have to help. They also brought up that they don’t get credit if we buy online and weren’t very happy about it. Also fridge is dented all to hell on both sides.

I came home after shopping Thanksgiving dinner only to discover freezer went out 6pm at night I call and talked to Jason who I later found out was the owner of the store.. he was polite and very nice, I never went to the store.. he personally delivered and set up new freezer after he got off work.. wonderful service and I was able to save all my frozen food ..
