Huge thumbs up. We have a Sears Protection Plan on all our appliances. After having a continuing year long problem with our built in oven/microwave we went to our local Sears Hometown Store for help. They made only one phone call to the Sears Protection Service Department & we were able to obtain a total removal & installation of a new combined oven/microwave unit.
