We have been to this store many times and have been happy with the customer service and the quality of options they have in the store. We plan on coming back each time we need anything from a Sears store....which will be happening a lot!
Ordered a washing machine. Wanted to buy local. Was told they would deliver between 11-1 today. I just called to make sure it was coming and was told that they hoped to be on the road by 2 and maybe be done by 5. So I asked any reason why nobody called? They say just found out guy quit, but it's after 12? Well we usually don't leave until after 12! SMH!!! Will never use again! Lowes would have had it to me a week ago!
