I bought a new washer and dryer today and I would recommend Sears 100%! I stopped in twice this week and spoke with 2 different gentleman. They were more than helpful with the purchase and made me feel confident and comfortable that I was buying what I needed! I wasn't planning to buy a dryer just yet but with our current LP dryer (that was what I was looking for) they had one that was perfect to replace the one that was on its last limb and I am beyond happy that I was able to get both! Bought a new dishwasher, when we got it out of the box the back was all dented and leaked water. Went back to the store and they ordered another one and are going to install it for free! So glad we ordered it locally and the customer service was great! Will shop here for all our future needs!
